Winemaker Christian Tietje's passion is to create a red Beast. In his own words "a glass of four Vines that brings a sigh and a lingering smile make all my efforts worthwhile."  This dark wine is filled with flavors and aromas of mint, licorice, blackberry and dark plum, as well as smoky oak.  Soft aroma of fresh blackberries, black currants and rich mocha with nutmeg sprinkles. Enjoy flavors of both boysenberries and blackberries at mid-palate in this plump, full-bodied wine. Soft chocolate undertones and shades of subtle spice lead to a long finish with soft, rich tannins.
