The Meat Department at Garguile's Red Apple is here to meet your needs.  Our Full-Service meat counter provides both pre-cut meats for your convenience, and Cut to Order meats for your special occasion.  We feature Heritage Ranch Beef, USDA Pork and Lamb.  Our Fish and Seafood are hand picked and provided from a small, independent supplier from Port Townsend.  Our Hamburger is ground in-store many times daily, and we make our own Pork Sausage. Whatever it is you need let our Meat Department take care of it.
